Hello! I’m Eliza!
I’m a dedicated interior architectural designer and project manager with a background in fine art and real estate development. I studied Architecture and Design at the University of Colorado Denver, and also pursued Real Estate Finance and Development at UCLA. My career began as a Designer at Lewin Wertheimer Architects in Venice, Los Angeles, where I worked under internationally recognized architect Lewin Wertheimer. The firm is known for designing luxury properties along the Pacific Coast Highway, emphasizing natural light, spatial harmony, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. During my time there, I honed my skills in remodeling single-family homes, blending creativity and functionality to transform living spaces.

In addition to my design expertise, I’ve worked in real estate development with Anna K Intown in Atlanta, a leading team specializing in the luxury residential market. Anna K Intown is known for its deep market knowledge and client-focused approach. My role there focused on sales and client relations, where I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with real estate investors, developers, and builders. This experience not only expanded my understanding of the market but also allowed me to apply my design background to help bridge the gap between creative vision and practical implementation. By combining my design principles with real estate strategy, I was able to contribute to the seamless integration of aesthetics, functionality, and value in the development process.
